The Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association released its All-Ohio teams this week, which included several players from the Chagrin Valley Conference.
Independence’s Ryan MacRaild also was named Division III Coach of the Year.
Earning first-team honors in Division II were West Geauga’s Nicola Ehrbar and Chagrin Falls’ Katie Schumacher. Independence’s Elek McDonald was named first-team All-Ohio in Division III and Kirtland’s Maya Zovko and Erika Zschuppe earned the same honor in the girls’ Division III listing.
Orange’s Adam Rosenthal was named second-team All-Ohio in Division II while Kirtland’s Tyler Banyasz, Berkshire’s Lexi Boyk and Independence’s Riccela DiGeronimo were second-team honorees in Division III.
