Youth was definitely served for the Villa Angela-St. Joseph Vikings at the Lew Speece Invitational at Berlin Center Western Reserve on April 11.
Freshman standout Kynadi Byers won the girls 100M dash, placed second in the 200M dash, and was part of the first-place 4X100 relay and the second-place 4X200.
Senior Toni Beuck won the 400M dash and was third in the 800 as well as performing well on two relays.
The Vikings finished fourth in the team standings with 58 points.
Jacob Stauffer highlighted the boys effort with a 48'2" throw in the shot put and a 131' toss in the discus.
