Adams, Romask lead Berkshire to top 10 finishes at Early Bird Invitational

BURTON–Juniors Madison Romask and Sam Adams paced the Berkshire cross country teams to top 10 finishes at the 2018 Berkshire Early Bird Invitational on Saturday at Kent State University’s Geauga Campus.

Berkshire’s boys’ finished in ninth place while the girls were 10th overall.

Adams finished in 31st place with a time of 17:32. Junior Robert O’Conke was 35th (17:36) and senior Josiah Cheung was 51st (18:13).

Romask paced the Badgers in the girls’ race with a time of 22:03, good for 19th place. Junior Lizzy Dingman finished 36th (23:14) and freshman Gabby Adams was 54th (23:59).
