CVC football players to suit up one last time

Multiple Chagrin Valley Conference football players will suit up one last time in the News-Herald Senior Bowl at Mayfield High School on Friday.

The high school all-star game returns after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID pandemic.

Harvey coach Mick Mohner will coach the Blue team, which includes Chagrin Falls’ Max Moore, Harvey’s Rick Coleman, Maurice Coffee, and Jordan Babb, and Cardinal’s Austin Strever, Chase Simak, Zach Czako, Anthony Soltis, J.R. Kochy, John Avalon, and Mike Soltis.

Kirtland’s Rossi Santo will lead the White team, which includes Kirtland’s Ramon Lescano, Gage Sullivan, and Mason Rus, and West Geauga’s Danny Stewart, Lucas Sadler, Torry Stazzone, and Joey DiLalla.

Presale tickets are available for $7 at Hooley House in Mentor. Game day tickets cost $10. All proceeds benefit the Clothe-a-Child Foundation.
