CVC Talent Shines on All-Ohio Teams in Divisions IV-VII

The and surrounding area made a strong statement across Ohio, placing multiple players on the 2026 Divisions IV, V, and VI boys basketball All-Ohio teams.

From Kirtland’s standout senior duo to a wave of contributors from Crestwood, Chagrin Falls, and Perry, the area’s depth was on full display when the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association released its postseason honors Wednesday.

In Division VI, Kirtland led the way with two of the area’s highest honorees, as seniors and both earned Second Team All-Ohio recognition. The Hornets’ veteran core powered one of the area’s most consistent teams this season, and their placement reflects that impact.

Richmond Heights continued its tradition of producing elite guards, with sophomore landing on the Division VI Third Team — a sign of even bigger things ahead for the Spartans program.

Division V showcased the conference’s depth, particularly from Crestwood, Fairview, and Chagrin Falls.

Brooklyn’s earned Third Team honors, while Crestwood’s picked up Special Mention recognition. The Honorable Mention list was loaded with local names, including multiple players from Chagrin Falls and Fairview, highlighting just how competitive the league was night in and night out.

In Division IV, Perry’s earned Special Mention honors after a strong junior campaign, while Jefferson and Edgewood added multiple names to the Honorable Mention list.

Overall, the selections reinforce what was evident all winter — the CVC and surrounding programs continue to produce high-level talent capable of competing on a statewide stage.
