Nicola Ehrbar scored all three of West Geauga’s goals in a 3-0 win over visiting Chardon on Monday.
Jenna Hoeh assisted on two of those goals for the Wolverines.
“Jenna Hoeh and Nicola Ehrbar have worked well together all season,” said West Geauga coach Kori Chapic. “The chemistry continued tonight as Nicola had three goals with two coming from Jenna Hoeh passes.”
The Wolverines, who improved to 6-4-1 on the year, have allowed just 13 goals all season and have outscored their opponents, 24-2, in their six wins.
“Emily Allegretti was a force on defense and Sarah Grinstead had two saves to earn her sixth shutout of the season,” Chapic said.
West Geauga hosts Chagrin Falls on Thursday. The Wolverines will recognize their seniors prior to the game.
