West Geauga gymnast Alexandria Ange is headed to state.
The junior qualified for next weekend’s state meet at Hilliard Bradley High School by placing as one of the top 17 individuals in the all-around and floor exercise.
Ange finished 10th in the all-around with a score of 36.000.
Individually, she finished with a 9.075 in the vault, a 8.600 on the uneven bars, a 9.150 on the balance beam and a 9.175 in the floor exercise, which was good for 12th in the event.
