The 2021 Chagrin Valley Conference Swim and Dive Championships will be held at three different locations beginning on Friday, Jan. 22.
No spectators are permitted to attend but each location will live stream the event.

- Individual Events: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-(9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
- All-Conference Honors: For All-Conference selections, the top two place finishers in each event will earn 1st and 2nd place All-Conference. Up to two individual swimmers from each team also may be named honorable mention.
