Edgewood returns seven players from the 2019 squad that finished 12-12 overall in the ultra-competitive American Athletic Conference.
The Warriors hope to compete for the Chagrin Valley Conference Lake Division title as well as to make a deep run in the postseason.
To do that, Edgewood will have to get by Perry, the team that knocked it out of the 2019 sectional tournament.
Edgewood’s projected starting lineup is below:
- Catcher: Clair Randolph
- First Base: Sara Drake
- Second Base: Sophia Paolillo
- Shortstop: Julie Sloan
- Third Base: Heather Farr
- Left Field: Aliyah Stalter
- Center Field: Kaitlyn Ezzone
- Right Field: Triana Wolford
- Designated Player: Mya Beattie
Bella Varkett, Ezzone, and Beattie all will see time in the circle.
