Lakeside wins Valley Division title

PERRY—Lakeside won the third singles title and swept the doubles competition in winning the 2022 Chagrin Valley Conference Valley Division title on Saturday.

The Dragons edged second-place Perry, 25-22. Geneva finished third with 21 points.

Perry’s Allen Morris claimed the first singles title and Geneva’s Chris Wainio won in second singles.

Lakeside took home the other titles with Jake Varckette winning at third singles. Ty Hamilton and Matthew Surbella won the first doubles title and Sergio Lozano and Andrew McKee won in second doubles.
